I blog about our Spiritual Path. I studied hypnotherapy since 2002 and have been certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I am also certified in Pain Management using Hypnosis and in NLP. I am a certified Master Teacher of Reiki. I have completed my degree in Psychology. As a cancer survivor, I have first hand experience with these areas of health and well-being. I started my Spiritual Quest in earnest in 1975. I have been meditating since 1978 and have studied many spiritual paths during this journey. I have had the great privilege of meeting many wonderful people during this time and have made many strides in my progress as a result.
